Hola my name is Alejandra and in todays video I am going to show you how to create this lip palette using products you probably already have in your home like eyeshadows, crayons, and even fruits and vegetables Also, this video is super exciting for me because it's a collaboration with one of my friends here on YouTube.
She is Sara from SaraBeautyCorner.
She is one of the most talented and creative girls I seen here and I definitely recommend you to check out her channel.
I'm going to leave the link to her video in the descriptionbox.
She is also creating a lipstick tutorial made out of candy.
So, I really hope youguys enjoy our ideas.
First, we are going to make the eyeshadow lipstick and you will need a lip palette for this but if you don't have one, don't worry, cause I'm going to show you a fun little trick.
if you have an old eyeshadow palette, use a sharp object and poke it on the sideand the eyeshadow will pop right out so, repeat with the rest of them clean it and you can use it for yourlipsticks the next material you need is amicrowave-safe bowl and 1/2 teaspoon of beeswax, cut it in tiny pieces like this, so it's easier to melt and place it in a bowl next I am using one teaspoon of cocoa butter and coconut oil and these ingredients will add the moisture to the lipsticks.
Nowmicrowave it in 30 second intervals until it is completely melted finally find an old or cheap eyeshadow and choose the color that you want here I'm using a really beautiful pink shadeand I used the back of the spoon to scrape it into the bowl and remember that the more eyeshadow you use, the more pigmented the lipstick will be.
So, once you mix it and microwave it, pour it into the lip palette.
The second idea is a very popular method, and it is using crayola crayons so choose the color that you want, you can also mix it with different colors to create the shade that you like start by removing the label of your crayon and cut one-third of it in small pieces and this is going to help the wax to melt faster then in a heat resistant measuring cup I added one teaspoon of cocoa butter, the crayons and 1 teaspoon of olive oil finally place itover a candle and mix it until it is melted, pour into the lip paletteand let it cool So comparing this lipstick with the eyeshadow one.
I think this one is a lot more pigmented but the other one is more moisturizing The last idea is really simple and I'm going to be using fruits and vegetables like blueberries and beets to create the color of the lip gloss start by microwaving the beets for 15 seconds and use a spoon to squeeze the juices out.
Then using a strainer pour the juice into the bowl Finally add 1 teaspoon of vaseline and mix it with the juices thenmicrowave it for 30 second intervals and pour it into the lip palette That is it for this video, let me know which method is your favorite and also don't forget to watch Sara's video.
I know you're going to love her channel as much as I do and I'll see you in my next one.
